It is that time of year again! The great Labour Weekend Sale is a Morris & James tradition. This year the sale is on from Friday 25th – Monday 28th October from 9.00am to 5.00pm. There is no better time pick up your favourite Morris & James ceramics at a discount. Browse our showroom for an extensive range of pottery discounts and specials - which are available online too.
What makes Labour Weekend even more special at Morris & James is that we bring out a range of one-off pieces that we've been saving up especially for the event throughout the year. We bring out new works every day!
LABOUR WEEKEND SALE 25 - 28th October 2019
This year we are also excited to have live music by Andy Richards on Friday and Saturday between 10am and 2pm.
We'll also have face-painting for the kids from 11am - 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Glaze and pot demonstrations are on at 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and 11.30am only on Monday.

Here are some tips to help you make the most of our sale!
Whilst we have a huge selection of works available online, this is not our entire range. Our Showroom showcases our full range of production, limited edition and development pieces. Throughout the Sale, we also bring out new ceramics daily, so there will always be an interesting selection of ceramic gems.
Ordering from Facebook
If you are ordering online, you can check out our Facebook page and order one-off or unique pieces that you see in posts and photos that are not available on our online store/ website. If you see something you like, please call us on 09 422 7116 to request more information or to confirm your purchase. You can also message us on Facebook, however we recommend that you do call us to make sure that the item is still available.
Ordering by phone
You can call us to confirm your purchase from the start of the sale at 9.00am on Friday 25th October. We can ship the items to you (and advise of shipping cost) or you can pick your items up at your convenience, free of charge. Our advice is to ring as early as possible on the day on 09 422 7116, and our Showroom team will be happy to help you with your order.
Ordering by email
You are welcome to email us during the sale to request to purchase an item. We will however need to call you to confirm purchase using a credit card so please include your phone contact details in the email. You can email us your enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org
What to do if you can't make the Sale
Whilst we are unable to put stock aside before the sale, if you cannot visit us during the sale to take advantage of the discounts, you can visit us prior to the sale and identifyitems you'd like to purchase. Then, once the sale starts, you can call us to confirm your purchase. We advise you call as early as possible to ensure you get the items you are after! We can either deliver the items to you (with shipping cost applied) or alternatively you could pick them up when convenient.
