On a Wednesday afternoon every fortnight the decoration team at Morris & James are free to work on their own projects. Called 'Creative Wednesdays' this is one way we foster collaborative and individual creativity within our team. Ideas are developed in practice and magic is created with the freedom to experiment. Here are a few examples of 'design lab' works that have recently come off the kiln car.
