For many years now Morris & James has continued the tradition of the Labour Weekend Sale. The very first Sale took place in 1980. This is why our Labour Weekend is so famous that every year our loyal customers return to pick up their favourite ceramics and one-off pieces at a discount.
We recently uncovered some priceless photos following the history of the Sale from it's very humble beginnings. These photos are cherished as memories by many of the staff and artists still working a the pottery, as a snap- shot of a legacy started nearly 40 years ago!
